Hotel Palacio Azteca

This hotel offers you a quiet,nice ,comfortable stay in a very great location close to everything ( food, entertainment, stores). The staff is very friendly and attentive, if you have an issue, they resolve it in a super fast manner. You feel like you are the only guest in the hotel.

What a beautiful place, I cannot say enough great things about the service here. The staff definitely takes care of you. From the shuttle to the the food service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nice staff. Clean. Good WiFi. Love the BIG pillows! Only one thing seemed not in line with all the great features - the shower head in our room was the lowest possible quality you can buy (like the ones that cheap landlords put in their low price apartments) and not low flow.

This was a great spot , we were passing by from a trip to rosarito and stayed here with a couple of friends on our way back. The rooms are pretty comfortable and what I really liked was the overall atmosphere and service, everyone was very attentive and the lounge area was very lively with great food, drinks and music, we thoroughly enjoyed our night here! Not to mention it's a block away form some of the best tacos in Tj, las ahumaderas!

Quiet, serene upscale hotel with upscale service. Everyone was very pleasant, friendly and accommodating. Close to the Tijuana arch and Tijuana airport. King room was large. Nice restaurant and a bar lounge. Valet, free airport shuttle and free breakfast.

Great Customer service we had the 7th floor good view. Great price!! Free breakfast and pool a plus+ Room wasn't impecable but the bed was very clean & comfy the Tv had many Chanel's there's a safe in the room, water, shampoos and coffee. I liked it would of given it 5 starts if the room area was cleaner, it looked like they only changed the bedsheets it was dusty and counter tops were dirty and sticky.

We have stayed here twice now and we are not going anywhere else. The staff makes us feel so welcome. There's no dirty carpet in the rooms. The floors are travertine and are so clean. They have such a nice restaurant and my husband and I share an omelet because the portion os so generous. They are very accommodating. We highly recommend them.

The only thing I didn't like was the televiSion they need to upgrade on that then it will be perfect

We really liked the hotel rooms are clean , pool is nice too and the location is great. However, we had a problem with the payment since the lady in the front desk pulled out my debit because she did not get the full receipt which resulted in “hold from merchant” so Money is on hold , hotel is not paid and can not be canceled . Therefore, we talked with the manager and paid for one night in two days money was back and we paid with another card , the manager was nice and he gave us a little discount 10$ of each night price and gave us a late check out (at 1 pm extra hour is good) Also, A/C did not work for two days (works and stops) and the lady in the midnight shift kept saying ok yes and sending maintenance guy and security to ask me what I want which they could not really do so she just waisted time for me and the poor guys. By the way , they had reconstruction work at the time so A/C shutting down is reasonable. my room bath door was kinda worn out from inside too. Other than the payment hold and the A/C shutdown everything was good.

Great attention and the location is above all excellent. It is very great to be here. The service is exquisite rooms are a little bit sometimes not 100% but very, very comfortable and accessible definitely would stay here every time I come to Tijuana.
